Dashboards and KPIs

Real decisions need real data.

Once standardised and approved, PharmeXa surfaces the data through dashboards built for pharma leadership. Each one is defined by the question it answers, not by the chart it draws.

Worked example

One territory, one month

Approved submissions roll up into a territory view: the headline figure, the trend behind it, and the divisions driving it.

  • Territory
  • Division
  • Product line
  • Individual SKU
  • Individual MR
  • Stockist
  • Reporting period

Every dashboard drills down along these dimensions, and every figure traces back to an approved stockist statement.

Dashboard 01

Secondary sales performance

Actual against target, across every territory and division, for any period you have data for.

Questions it answers

  • Which territories are ahead of target this month, and by how much?
  • Is growth coming from more stockists, or more volume per stockist?
  • Which zone slipped, and did it slip in one division or across all of them?

Dashboard 02

Stockist coverage

Submission status for every stockist on the list, so a gap is visible on the day it appears rather than at month end.

Questions it answers

  • Which stockists have not reported for the current month?
  • Which MRs are consistently late, and against which stockists?
  • Are we losing visibility in a specific region?

Dashboard 03

Product demand analysis

Top movers and slow movers by SKU, region and division.

Questions it answers

  • Which SKUs are moving fastest, and where?
  • Which products are sitting in stockist warehouses without selling through?
  • Does a launch product have real secondary movement, or only primary billing?

Dashboard 04

Stock turnover rate

How quickly stock clears at the stockist, derived from opening stock, purchases and closing stock.

Questions it answers

  • How many months of cover is a stockist holding on a given product?
  • Where are we pushing stock faster than the market absorbs it?
  • Which products need a production plan revision?

Dashboard 05

MR and division performance

Field effectiveness measured on coverage and submission discipline, alongside division-level comparison.

Questions it answers

  • Which MRs cover their full stockist list every month?
  • How does one division compare against another on the same territory?
  • Where does the field team need support rather than a target increase?

Definitions

How each number is calculated

Published rather than hidden. A figure you cannot reproduce is a figure nobody defends in a review meeting.

KPI definitions, source fields and refresh cadence.

Every metric is computed over approved submissions only. Pending and returned submissions are excluded until an Area Manager has signed them off, which is why a dashboard figure never moves without someone having agreed to it.

Coverage

Who has reported, and who has not.

A gap is visible on the day it appears rather than at month end, while there is still time to close it.

Strategic value

Built for pharma leadership.

PharmeXa changes how pharmaceutical companies understand and act on their secondary market.

Track secondary sales accurately

A true picture of what is selling from stockists on to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics and retail.

Monitor market stock availability

Know what sits in a stockist’s warehouse at any time — prevent stockouts, and replenish on evidence.

Identify slow-moving products

Spot an underperforming SKU before it becomes a write-off, and redirect field effort accordingly.

Improve supply chain planning

Plan production and distribution against actual market data rather than an educated guess.

Eliminate manual Excel work

Stop losing weeks to compilation. Every format is processed automatically, on upload.

Optimise sales strategies

Territory planning, division comparison and MR evaluation, all from one clean dataset.
